  1. How often is the site updated?

    Every Thursday a new, sexy twink video is uploaded to Spritzz.com and occasionally we release model interviews, backstage reports and bonus videos on top. Currently there are over 450 exclusive video scenes available from Spritzz.com.   2. What membership models are there?

    Recurring memberships are available for one, three or six months terms. At the end of each term these memberships will automatically rebill until canceled. You can cancel at any time. Please check section 6 for more details about how to cancel a recurring membership.
    We also offer one-time memberships with a term of one month or one year. These memberships terminate automatically and do not need to be canceled.
    Long-term memberships offer greater value over time than a one-month membership, and give you access to our juicy, gay, twink content at an unbeatable price.

  3. How do I qualify for the feature movie downloads, the bonus content and the VOD channels?

    With a Spritzz membership, our special bonus programs - feature movie downloads, bonus content from partner studios and VOD channels from major studios - automatically unlock. Our partner studios Young Bastards, UK Hot Jocks, Euroboy, UK Naked Men, Raw Fuck or Butch Dixon have contributed some of their best porn so that you can have lots of extra fun! You will find 80+ feature movies to choose from, and the library is constantly growing. These exclusive programs are free gifts which of course are only a bonus on top of the regular Spritzz video updates and your other membership benefits.

    As a member you are enabled to download your choice of one feature-length movie per month. You will continue to receive one full movie download per month for the duration of your membership. Unused monthly full-movie downloads do not rollover to the next month. All downloaded full movies are yours to keep forever, however IT IS ILLEGAL to share our content with third parties over the Internet, or to copy it to disc to sell or share with others. For your sake and ours, please don't pirate our copyrighted content. Enjoy, but don't share.

  4. What formats are your videos available in?

    All of our videos are offered at 640 x 360 and 960 x 540 pixel resolution. In addition, recently released videos and all future updates are available in 720p High Definition resolution (1280 x 720 pixel) for a better viewing experience. All videos are encoded in the powerful H.264 codec using an MP4 container.

  5. Is Spritzz.com compatible with mobile devices?

    Yes, our site and our videos are fully compatible with mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads and Android devices. The site design is responsive and will fit well on any screen size.

  6. How can I cancel my membership?

  7. Credit card data protection

    All membership administration and payment is processed by our payment processors. Your personal data - including your credit card number - are transmitted confidentially between yourself and the payment processor, who then uses encryption for safe data transfer. Your personal data is therefore secure from any third party intrusion.

  8. My login doesn't work / I'm locked out, why?

    When you sign up, you will be sent a confirmation email with your login and billing information. Please check your bulk/spam folders for this email and save it for future reference. Your username and password are case-sensitive, so please enter them exactly as they are shown in that email. If you have too many failed attempts when logging in, your password will be temporarily suspended. If that happens, just wait a few hours, or contact us via email and we will reset your password as quickly as possible. Please DO NOT share your login details. If they are used by other surfers, your account will be suspended.

  9. What do I need in order to access the videos?

    Our site works well on all computer systems and browsers. Please make sure you have the latest updates installed.

  10. Can I use an old login name to re-subscribe?

    Unfortunately a login name can only be used once. Our database stores login names indefinitely so each one can only be used the one time.

  11. Refund Policy

    Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships.
